Availability

There are three availability categories:

In Stock: the item is available for shipment and will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of your order.

On Order: the item is on order and the expected date of delivery is displayed. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is received and ready for shipment.

Custom Order: the item is out of stock and has not been re-ordered. Depending on the manufacturer and size of order, receipt will take from 3 to 8 weeks. You will be contacted and if you want to reserve a piece, it will be added to our next shipment.

Payment

Though your credit card information will be collected at the time you place your order, the charge will not be processed until your order is ready to ship. We carry a limited stock of each size and color and availability is updated regularly, but the timing of orders may result in your selection being out of stock. If that's the case, you will be contacted by International Glass to determine if you want to cancel your order or wait for the next shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping will generally be via UPS but for certain shipments, International Glass may choose to use FedEx. The rates quoted include shipping, packaging, and handling charges so a minimum charge has been established for each shipping zone. The minimums (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) range from $10 to $16 for ground, and $14 to $36 for 2nd Day Air. Orders from the local Bend, Oregon area may avoid shipping charges by selecting "Local" from the state drop down list. You will be provided with a local address for pick-up via an email from International glass.

Product Quality

Unless specified, every piece of glass offered on this website is handmade. Though some are made with the use of a mold providing some amount of consistency to shape and size, most are not. As a result each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the photo provided on the website. It is also common to observe small air bubbles, lines, or marks left by the craftsman; these are not flaws but rather a part of the distinctive nature of the handmade process.

Breakage

Each piece is bubble-wrapped, boxed, and put into a second box with packing materials for shipping. Even so, there is always the possibility the carrier will find a way to break the contents. Please check the contents of your package immediately. If the piece was broken during shipment, take a picture of the damage and send it along with your order number, to info@intlglass.com. Specify if you want a replacement piece or a refund.
